Rental policy and conditions

Please read these terms carefully before renting any vehicle. These policies ensure a safe and transparent experience for all our customers across Syria.
1. Age requirements
Basic rule: minimum age 21 years.
- The driver must be at least 21 years for Economy and Compact vehicle groups.
- For luxury categories and SUVs, the minimum age is 25 years.
- Additional young driver fees may apply for those under 25 years of age.
- The maximum rental age is 75 years.
2. Fuel policy
We operate under a strict “full to full” policy to ensure fairness.
- The vehicle is delivered with a fully filled fuel tank.
- You must return the vehicle with a fully filled tank.
- If the tank is not full upon return, a refueling fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the missing fuel.
- Please keep your fuel receipt from the nearest station upon return as proof of refilling.
3. Insurance details
Collision insurance (CDW)
Basic collision insurance is included in the rental price. This limits your financial liability for damage to the vehicle, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Theft protection
Anti-theft protection reduces your financial liability if your vehicle is stolen or damages result from an attempted theft.
*Note: Personal property inside the vehicle is not included in vehicle insurance.
4. Cross-border travel policy
Travel outside the Syrian border requires prior written permission and additional insurance coverage.
- Cross-border travel is generally restricted unless expressly approved.
- Unauthorized border crossing will void all insurance coverage and result in a fine.
- Additional documentation is required at least 72 hours prior to receipt for any cross-border travel requests.
5. Cancellation rules
Free cancellation
You may cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup will incur a fee equal to one day's rental.
